So, I can't say as I ever agree with "Uncle Joe" Biden, but, in one sense, he's sort of right.

HOWEVER.......two points:

1. In his goofy speech, Joe is telling "minorities" that they, evidently by virtue of the fact that he considers them "minorities", are a group that doesn't get IDs. I have to wonder a) why he feels this way, and if he's right, b)WHY MINORITIES DON'T CARRY IDs?!?

2. Voter ID laws prevent people (whoever "people" happens to be) from voting?  Well....let's see....

    - ID's prevent people from getting on planes......PEOPLE WHO, LEGALLY, SHOULDN'T BE FLYING.

    -  ID's prevent people from driving a car.......PEOPLE WHO, LEGALLY, SHOULDN'T BE DRIVING.

    - ID's prevent people from BUYING A GUN......PEOPLE WHO, LEGALLY, SHOULDN'T BE OWNING A GUN.

GET IT?

Voter ID laws PREVENT THOSE WHO ARE NOT LEGALLY ALLOWED TO VOTE....from voting.

Remember: the difference between Liberalism and Conservatism?

Liberalism: Make ANY choice, free from personal responsibility and irrespective of whether that choice violates the rights of others.

Conservatism: Make ALMOST any choice, if (AND ONLY IF) personal responsibility is FULLY accepted by choice-maker. Also (where the 'almost' comes in), a person is NOT free to make a choice which violates the rights of others.

See the difference?

Both believe in free choice.

But.....Liberals believe that the choice-maker has NO personal responsibility and believes that ANY choice can be made....even one that violates the rights of others.

And this is EXACTLY how Liberals pass laws: Make any choice. No personal responsibility. Who cares if the rights of others are violated in making that choice.

Take, for instance, abortion.

Ladies: have sex with anyone....ANYONE. If you get pregnant: who cares. Not your problem. Just butcher the child.

ALL these groups bludgeon you with how safe abortion is (except, of course, to the child...who gets carved up into pieces and brains scrambled and sucked out of their skulls). Yet, statistics show that mental problems, physical problems (up to and including death of the woman....almost said 'mother'....pshhh) occur.

That is false advertising....just like the tobacco companies do.

- Let's sue fast food companies, who contribute to heart disease.
- Let's sue Hollywood studios, actors, directors, etc....ANYONE in the film industry, since they promote violence and unhealthy habits through their productions.

Watch what takes place in Georgia, now that "an outsider", David Perdue, has defeated Establishment GOPer Jack Kingston in a runoff for the Senate.

Most of you might be thinking "YES! Finally some new, more Conservative, blood in the Senate!".

While some of you (Democrats) are likely thinking "nail in the coffin of Obama's agenda...".

You are BOTH wrong.

Here's what will happen (and the Democrats won't need to lift a finger!):

The GOP will now embark on a campaign to make sure that Perdue LOSES in November.

You heard me right.

The GOP (really, the Democrat "fifth column") will be diverting donors, asking them to throw campaign money at Michelle Nunn, Democrat.

In addition, the GOP will be courting "moderate" Republicans to support Nunn.

You'll be seeing some new "non-partisan" groups form (with the GOP's money and influence) whose sole task will be to encourage Georgia voters to "exercise restraint" in the upcoming election.

"After all, moderation is the best policy"......"'extremism'" never works"

All this will be in an effort to defeat Perdue.
