So, Obama is bringing Bill Clinton into the campaign. I can ONLY assume that, since Barack is half black, and Bill is an honorary black, together they are...like...one and a quarter black!

Ya know, it's a funny thing about Liberals and their idols....

Clinton is THE most beloved President to Liberals, yet here was a guy who turned a blind eye to the Genocide in Rwanda and, as a result, was responsible for NOT stopping the butchery of nearly one MILLION people.

And, their CURRENT hero...Obama....is solely responsible for HUGELY disproportionate unemployment among blacks, Hispanics and women!

Holmes ought to be thanking Gaia for Liberals.....

Holmes, the Aurora Colorado butcher, ought to thanking the God of Liberals...Gaia...

You see, in a state that still allows the death penalty, Holmes stands a reasonable chance of being tried and convicted of capital murder.

HOWEVER, since Liberals HATE the death penalty (never mind that it's VERY clearly contemplated in the Constitution), they will NO DOUBT be mounting a HUGE, LOUD and PUBLIC campaign to have Holmes merely imprisoned for some reasonable term and NOT put to death.

Ever on the side of the criminal, Liberals will no doubt enlist the help of the ACLU in this matter (they WOULD normally call Gloria Allred, but Holmes is male. OR...they might call Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, but Holmes is white.

Personally, I can't WAIT to see the Liberals try to justify their opposition to the "due process" clause in this case....

Speaking of "Bush tax cuts"...

Of course, the Left is, AGAIN, screaming for doing away with President Bush's "tax cuts for the rich". No surprise there....

The claim is CONSTANTLY made, by the Liberals, that those "tax cuts for the rich" are what is bringing down America, financially. They are WHY we have our HUGE deficits. They are WHY we are for deeply in debt.

Well, if that's the case, I'd like one of you Liberals to explain something to me:

How was it, EVEN WITH BUSH'S PROFLIGATE SPENDING, was he somehow able to REDUCE the Federal Deficit from around $460 Billion (in his first fiscal cycle), to around $116 Billion (2006...before the Democrats took control of Congress and began running them up again...)?

Even WITH (I'd argue that BECAUSE OF...) the "tax cuts for the rich", our budget deficit was reduced, EACH YEAR, until the Democrats took control of Congress in 2006.

Please......Liberals......explain this to me. I will post your explanation on my blog so that ALL readers can read and understand.

Veep

I think I've figured out a way for Romney not only to just win this election, but to create a landslide such as election history has never seen!

And, it all has to do with who he picks for Veep.

Before I mention a name, though, it's important to get a couple things on the table...

1. Veeps are chosen rarely on their accomplishments, but rather their political "pull". It's all part of a carefully-laid-out strategy to garner as much of the voting populace as possible.

2. Veeps, once in office, do pretty much nothing. They influence nothing. On occasion, they send up "trial balloons for the President.  Think Al Gore or Joe Biden. What did they accomplish while Veep? Nothing.

So, with these two things in mind, here's MY suggestion for Romney's Veep:

Hillary.

Let's face it: Obama would be done. COMPLETELY.

“We are very much supportive of the family — the biblical definition of the family unit. We are a family-owned business, a family-led business, and we are married to our first wives. We give God thanks for that. I think we’re inviting God’s judgment when we shake our fist at him, you know, [saying], ‘We know better than you as to what constitutes a marriage.’ And I pray on God’s mercy on our generation that has such a prideful, arrogant attitude".

So said Dan Cathy, President of "Chik-fil-A", which, of course, IMMEDIATELY mobilized the anti-heterosexual crowd. Besides being pretty much spot on, and despite the exercise of this thing called "The First Amendment", Cathy committed the ULTIMATE heresy of......

.....speaking his mind.

So, now, in reaction, Chik-fil-A permits are being denied in places like Chicago; a city which, with it's through-the-roof crime rate, HUGE poverty and unemployment, out-of-control drug and gang issues, sky-high taxation, "screw-the-children" public school system, stands as a Liberal "Utopia"...truly a glimpse of our nation's future, unless WE, THE PEOPLE, stop it by whatever means necessary.

So, to counter the hetero-hating and marriage-hating bigoted Liberals, I strongly suggest that Americans vote with their dollars:

- If you haven't been to a Chik-fil-A: GO TO ONE! The food is very good. AND, let them know that you support them with your dollars!

- Having a party? Have Chik-fil-A cater it!

- BEST IDEA OF ALL:

GETTING MARRIED? (And, by "married", I mean REAL, ACTUAL....MAN AND WOMAN....married).

Instead of having a food truck reception (VERY popular these days!), have Chik-fil-A cater (or provide a food truck)!

Bain Schmain.....let's just cut to the chase!

Really, it's pointless to keep gloating about the fact that all the Obama attacks on Bain are, in fact, failing miserably. POINTLESS. And, the more Romney's people bring it up, the more chances Romney loses to point out what IS important:

- Romney has held a job in the private sector. Obama hasn't.
- Romney has held an executive management position (before becoming President). Obama hasn't.
- Romney has held an executive management position within a state. Obama hasn't.

Romney has HUGE experience in both the private AND public sector; in both of which he held executive management experience.

Obama's ONLY executive management position has been the Presidency......and we ALL know what THAT has gotten us:

- $5 TRILLION in new debt
- 8+% unemployment (closer to 12%, counting those no longer eligible for unemployment)
- Highest payout of food stamps in history
- Highest foreclosure rate in history
- One of the lowest public school performance averages in the world
- Highest poverty rate since "the war on poverty" began
- Highest rate of bankruptcies in history
- etc etc etc

EASILY, he will be known as "the worst President in American history".....and this is in just ONE term!

So...figure it out, folks: Obama walked into this job with ZERO skills and ZERO experience and, as a result, he has FAILED HUGELY!

Romney, on the other hand, would walk into this job with HUGE skills and HUGE experience.

If you can't figure who'd be a better President, then, I'm sorry, you are a f***ing idiot. There IS no other possibility.

Speaking of guns.....

Americans, more than anything, vote with their dollars.

And so they are sending a message....RIGHT NOW....to Obama and ALL the Liberal/Socialists in America. That message:

In the wake of the Aurora shootings, gun sales are going through the roof! In fact, they are currently trending a staggering 41% UP from previous time periods!!!

Reminder: since the 2008 election, gun sales have nearly DOUBLED!

....is it ANY wonder WHY the Democrats REFUSE to discuss the Second Amendment in this (or any) election cycle????

ROMNEY: You had BETTER bring the Second Amendment fight to Obama! YOU are an idiot if you don't!

That's right, folks! Ice-T, the rapper who was condemned by good ol' Tipper Gore for penning that snappy little toe-tapper "Cop Killer", has, in fact, come to the defense of The Second Amendment.

....kind of a mixed blessing!

Said, Ice-T, "Yeah, it's legal in the United States. It's part of our Constitution. You know, the right to bear arms is because that's the last form of defense against tyranny. Not to hunt. It's to protect yourself from the police.


And, although he gets it somewhat wrong (The Second Amendment represents the last line of defense against a tyrannical government....NOT just the police), he definitely gets the concept correct!

And, with regards to the idiots who are screaming about gun control legislation in the wake of the Aurora shootings, "That's not going to change anything. The United States is based on guns, you know"

Traffic fatalities......SURPRISE!

Congratulations, Liberals, you may have done it again!

A report came out today, stating that traffic fatalities for the first quarter of this year INCREASED a whopping 13.5% (over previous years).

The report, which opines that it may be because of the warm Winter, which may have caused an increase of drivers driving, but, as they don't bother pointing out, drivers also likely drove less because of high gasoline prices (one factor very likely negates the other...not that Liberals would offer counterpoint...). In fact, also cited in the news release was the fact that driving has increased, in that period, 1.4%.

Let's see.....1.4% increase in driving.....13% increase in fatalities......somehow, Liberals figure that that makes sense.

...go figure.

I have another theory: CAFE STANDARDS.

Since the inception of CAFE standards (which reduce the overall weight and strength of a car, so as to increase fuel efficiency), fatalities have steadily INCREASED....BECAUSE of those standards.

With Liberals push to "save the earth", through CAFE standards, what they HAVE clearly accomplished is the one thing that Liberals are REALLY good at:

KILLING PEOPLE.

Let's take another page from the Liberal handbook...

So, in the wake of the Colorado tragedy, Liberals are SCREAMING for "gun control".

Fine. Irrespective of the fact that they're on the wrong side of history on this, fine.

In the news yesterday was an interesting item: WOMAN DIES AFTER HAVING ABORTION AT PLANNED PARENTHOOD FACILITY.

That alone SHOULD have women's groups SCREAMING about "ABORTION CONTROL LAWS", shouldn't it?

So....why aren't they screaming?

In fact, why are they COMPLETELY ignoring the fact that, according to the Southern Medical Journal:

- Women who have an abortion are TWICE as likely die within two years (of having the abortion) than are women who don't have abortions.

- Over an eight year period, those same women had a 154% HIGHER risk of death (suicide), 82% HIGHER risk of death (accidents) and an 44% HIGHER risk of death from "natural causes".

In addition, a study conducted by the Government in Finland (one of those wonderful, Utopian, Socialist states that Liberals love so much), concluded that, within the first year, women having an abortion increased their likelihood of death by 252% over women whose pregnancy resulted in a child.

So, OBVIOUSLY, what America needs is VERY strict, VERY harsh, VERY broad...

ABORTION CONTROL LAWS!

The Liberals are RIGHT! We DO need new gun laws!!!

Immediately following the tragedy in Colorado, Liberals were calling for gun control legislation. An investigation nowhere near complete has already, from Liberals, led to the "obvious" conclusion:

MORE GUN CONTROL LAWS!

Forget the fact that the tens-of-thousands of current gun laws didn't stop the idiot.

There IS, though, one thing that CAN be concluded in the wake of this horrific event:

GUN CONTROL LAWS PREVENTED ANYONE IN THAT THEATER FROM DEFENDING THEMSELVES.

It's estimated that over THREE MILLION crimes (from robbery to rape to attempted murder) are PREVENTED because the intended victim was armed. (Liberals never tell you this...go figure).

So....with this in mind, I propose that we take a lesson from Liberals (a lesson learned in Obamacare) and apply it here:

What America needs is a universal gun law, titled "The Second Amendment Act". Specifically, Americans should henceforth, be REQUIRED (yes...a mandate) to own and carry a firearm. In addition, anyone who "opts out" is required to pay a "penalty" (which Chief Justice Roberts has now defined as a "tax").

What will be the result of this? Well, there certainly IS evidence (from around the world and throughout history) which can serve to "crystal ball" this new law. Consider:

- Switzerland, a country which REQUIRES every household with an 18yo male to possess a fully-loaded, fully-automatic assault rifle, also has one of the lowest per capita crime rates in the world.

- In the 20th century, EVERY genocide, worldwide, was preceded by strict gun control laws (confiscation of personal firearms).

- In EVERY state, where gun control laws have been reduced, crime has reduced as well.

It couldn't be more obvious, folks: put guns in the hands of a citizenry leads to fewer crimes and a FAR more respectful population.

I have a prediction....

Certainly, you've heard, by now, about the horrific theater massacre in Colorado...

Let me say, first of all, that my thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their families.

That said, I have a prediction: when the media digs into the shooter's past, it'll turn out that a) he'll be a Liberal and b) because of this, the media will ignore his past (other than to try to put portray him as a Conservative...).

I have another prediction: Liberals will now be calling for anti-gun legislation and the media will ignore the revelation that the guns used are likely already "controlled".

Folks, as we continue to see with these acts of violence and inhumanity...just as we'll probably see here, there are two ABSOLUTES:

- Laws are written to protect society....from Liberals
- Liberals (anyone who votes "Democrat", for that matter) should NOT be allowed to own or possess guns (It's the ONE gun-control measure that I'd advocate).

The "Great, Black Hope"

Black voters continue to side with the race card, even as Obama pushes ever toward his Socialist agenda (an agenda which historically, by the way, hasn't exactly been kind to blacks).

But if there is insight to be gained in this election season, perhaps it is this:

Unemployment numbers were released this week. NOT GOOD....for Obama. Or, at least, you'd THINK so...

Unemployment, despite all the promises and cash (YOUR cash, by the way) being thrown toward unions and public sector, remains at 8.2%.

That number alone SHOULD have blacks, whites, Hispanics....EVERYONE....run screaming away from the Democrats. Yet.....they don't.

Today, another unemployment number came out: the black unemployment number.

Turns out that while America, in general, has a STAGGERINGLY HIGH 8.2% unemployment rate (which would have been several points HIGHER if there hadn't been more people filing for disability than unemployment! No doubt: products of the unions...), black unemployment moved from 13.6% to a WHOPPING 14.4%.

In other words, blacks are in lockstep support of political party who has caused an increase in unemployment within their race, while the rest of America remains unchanged.

That's right, blacks.....keep supporting the Democrats.

And remember your history: it was the Democratic Party that supported keeping you in chains (until a Republican came along and stopped them.)

The price of Liberty, part 1: The mandate tax

Although I have not finished reading the SCOTUS opinions (majority and dissenting), I am getting lots of emails asking me to weigh in, so, with fuller opinions coming in pieces, I expect (when I finish reading), here goes:

With respect to Justice Roberts:

Let's get something on the table right now: Chief Justice Roberts was absolutely correct, when he opined that the penalties levied in the mandate IS a tax, and therefore IS Constitutional. It is written in Section 8, part 1 of The Constitution, "The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises...". This means, simply, that Congress WAS within its rights to impose a tax within the language of the healthcare bill. Further, Roberts stated that Americans DO NOT have the right to arbitrarily ignore those taxes levied by Congress. Sorry folks, but Roberts was acting properly in his opinion. He, in fact, was upholding The Constitution.

What Chief Justice Roberts did, in his opinion, was to:

a. Define that the imposition of a tax, levied by Congress, IS Constitutional.
b. Essentially removed activism in the Court (by NOT simply overturning the entirety of the healthcare law).
c. Sent the healthcare law back to the American people to ultimately determine whether it will stand the test of time; to either accept it as law or to force its repeal.

The danger within (the price of Liberty):

The danger posed by the SCOTUS decision is simply put: Congress has the power to impose taxes. This knife cuts both ways, though, Liberals, so don't get TOO comfortable with the findings of the Court! Consider:

Let's say that Congress, since the US government owns GM, imposes a tax on all cars that are "non-GM". They absolutely have the power to do so. OR, let's say that Congress imposes a tax on ALL religious affiliation. This, too, would be lawful under Section 8, Part 1.

On the other hand, let's say that Congress (both houses, of course) decides to impose a tax on all abortions. OR, let's say that Congress imposes a tax on all persons without religious affiliation.

Would ANY of these taxes be acceptable? (Remember: if ANY of these are acceptable, ALL of them are. And, in fact, if the mandate tax imposed by Congress in the healthcare bill is lawful....which has now been determined...then ALL of these other examples are also perfectly lawful, too).

Herein lies the danger, folks. What Chief Justice Roberts did was to leave the decision of whether the healthcare law will stand to the American people: YOU AND ME, folks. OUR job is to support...or repeal...the healthcare law as-is. Either way, it will depend entirely on HOW YOU VOTE in the coming terms. If you believe that it's a bad law, elect strict Constitutionalists who will repeal the law.

If you believe that it's a great law, then elect people who strongly support that law. It's really THAT simple, people. If YOU want the healthcare law repealed, YOU must act. YOU must be vocal. YOU must be an activist. YOU must fight for what you believe to be right. YOU must cause the repeal of this law.

There are several wonderful quotes appropriate to where we find ourselves in this....AND EVERY...election cycle, all of these from Thomas Jefferson:

"The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not."

"The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first."

"The natural progress of things is for liberty to yield and government to gain ground"

Conservatives: whether the United States remains the greatest society in history is entirely up to you.
