During these "fiscal cliff" talks (which, BTW, AREN'T "talks", but rather a series of lectures from Obama to the GOP), I think it's important to remember what this is all about....

The deal that must be struck, in order to prevent the US from going over the "fiscal cliff" (the collapse of the economy), is to prevent a RAFT of taxes from beginning and to prevent a RAFT of tax breaks from expiring.

With regard to the taxes:

ALL OF THESE NEW AND IMPROVED TAXES WERE WRITTEN BY DEMOCRATS....

With regard to the tax breaks:

ALL OF THESE WERE WRITTEN BY REPUBLICANS AND HAVE BEEN CONDEMNED BY DEMOCRATS AS "FAVORING THE RICH".

Yet, here we are, with Obama and the other Democrats trying to undo what they have done, on one hand, and on the other, attempting to save and preserve those tax breaks that they've been busy telling us were worthless, too expensive and aimed at helping the rich.

What exactly is it that the GOP doesn't get?

The GOP, headed by the left-of-center Boehner, needs to walk away from the process.

That's right: WALK AWAY. Give the Liberals EVERYTHING THEY WANT.

This scenario can ONLY play out in one of the following ways:

1. A "compromise" is reached. The economy will crash. Liberals will blame the GOP; identifying the compromise as the reason for the economic crash.

2. The GOP does the Conservative thing and successfully blocks Obama's ludicrous budget. Because of Liberal legislation ALREADY IN PLACE AND SET TO TAKE EFFECT IN JANUARY, the economy crashes. Liberals blame the GOP; citing the block as the reason for the economic crash.

3. The GOP walks away from the process, letting the Liberals have EVERYTHING they want. The economy crashes. Liberals blame the GOP, citing their "walking away" as the reason for the economic crash.

Folks, at least one of these scenarios WILL PLAY OUT.

And, the guaranteed conclusions will be as follows:

- The economy WILL crash
- The Liberals WILL blame the GOP

The exists NO scenario where the economy recovers.
And there exists NO scenario where the GOP DOESN'T get blamed.

So, best practice? Let the economy crash.

Maybe then, enough voters will wake the f*** up and make the necessary changes.

In July of this year, some lunatic drove his car through a festival crowd in Cleveland, killing 2 and injuring 3 others.

In December last, some idiot drove his car into a crowd, injuring six people. Thankfully, no one was killed.

In 2003, an old man drove his car into a crowd of people, nine of whom were children.

In 2008, a man drove his car into a crowd of schoolchildren.....

TWO BILLION DOLLARS.

Yet, ask anyone.....Conservative or Liberal....and they'll tell you that they HATE the money involved in the election process.

Voters HATE PAC money.
Voters HATE "special interest" money.
Voters HATE "big corporate" or "union" money.

...all the while...

Politicians condemn PAC money.
Politicians condemn "special interest" money.
Politicians condemn "big corporate" or "union" money.

YET....

BOTH these groups, politicians and voters, are addicted to all this money like it's a drug. And, truly, it is; since it encourages dependency and complacency and ever higher levels of addiction.

At this moment in history, like never before, Americans have the ability to stop the cycle of spend-depend, spend-depend....

It's called THE INTERNET.

Imagine a political campaign run almost entirely via the web....

What's it cost to get the word out?  Pretty much NOTHING.

How much PAC money is needed? NONE.

How much "big corporate" or "union" money is needed? NONE.

How much "special interest" money is needed? NONE.

Hypothetically, a person could run for ANY office, including the Presidency, an WIN, while expending almost NO money and taking ZERO dollars from any special interest, union, corporation or PAC!

So.....when?

A lesson to be learned.....too late...

By now, I'm sure you HAVEN'T heard that Walmart is going to be dropping insurance for new hires and many part-time employees....

Not that it matters at this point, since Obamacare is the law of the land, FOREVER, but this is a PERFECT example of a) how Obamacare works and b) the TRUE intent of Obamacare.

Walmart, who, because of their vast buying power, is able to offer quality goods to low-income families. (This, for Liberals, means: THEY ARE BENEFICIAL TO POOR PEOPLE....EVEN POOR, BLACK PEOPLE). But, for the mere fact that Walmart is not a government-run program, Liberals HATE them. 

Now, with Obamacare looming, Walmart if faced with some unsavory choices:

- Drop healthcare coverage to employees (which forces those employees into a miserable, government-run joke)

- Massive layoffs (which makes Liberals' beloved "middle class" collapse into "lower class", again forcing gevernment dependency) in order to salvage healthcare coverage to those who are left

- Raise prices to consumers (which screws over middle AND lower class families)

Let's be CLEAR about two things:

1. There are NO "pluses" in this (or any Obamacare) situation. ZERO.

2. This is EXACTLY the intent of Obamacare

Walmart is only the tip of the iceberg, folks. This scenario will play out EVERYWHERE.

AND, it will be compounded by the TRILLIONS in new taxes coming VERY soon....like, January.

But, THIS is obviously exactly what the American people wanted.....

Congratulations! You now own it.

This is where the GOP is, in terms of history.

If you'll recall, the Whig party preceded the Republican Party back in Lincoln's day.

Their demise came substantively from their lack of willingness to fight the Democrats on the slavery issue.

What came out of their complacency was a strong Conservative movement that DID, eventually, rid the US of slavery.

Today, the issue is abortion.
And taxes.
And The Constitution.
And "gay marriage".
And "global warming".
And the UN.
And spending.
And racism.
And free speech.
And privately-owned firearms.
And the death penalty.
And private property rights.

The GOP, because they have been "fifth columned" by Liberals, has been rendered useless. All bark (and not much of that...) and NO bite.

The only question that remains:

I just have to say a couple words about Samuel L Jackson.

Great actor, f***ing idiot in everything else.

Post explitive-filled commercials, supporting President Obama, he's now directing attention toward Michelle.....

Referring to Michelle Obama as "superwoman" who should "get more into politics", Jackson was beside himself with praise about the first lady.

"Superwoman"? "Get more into politics"?

Let's look at Michelle's accomplishments as FLOTUS, thus far:

- Spends TONS of taxpayers' money
- Spends TONS of taxpayers' money
- Spends TONS of taxpayers' money

Oh....and she spends TONS of taxpayers' money.

(I guess he IS right....she's PERFECT Democrat material...)

Michelle has accomplished NOTHING since becoming FLOTUS; but, in truth, she accomplished nothing before she was FLOTUS.

Jackson's love for the Obamas CANNOT be based on quality, because there isn't any.

Jackson loves Barack because Barack is black.
Jackson loves Michelle because Michelle is black.

Kinda like that old joke about the guy who, weighing the significant qualities of three potential secretaries; choosing one, not because of her skills, but rather because she had the biggest boobs.....

So, we have an Iraq refugee committing an act of terrorism against a Federal office.

If a Republican were in office, the media, which would give this incident HUGE, CONTINUOUS coverage, would IMMEDIATELY classify it as a) terrorism and b) and act of war against the United States.

BUT, since Obama is in office, you will NEVER hear about it....

...unless you know where to look and as long as the First Amendment stands.

EVERY statist government, from Hitler to Stalin to Mao to Pot, limited free speech.

The results are obvious.

So, really, the question is this:

WHAT ARE YOU PREPARED TO DO ABOUT IT?

GOD forbid some moron with a gun, intent on killing others (KNOWING THAT THEY WON'T BE ARMED), is stopped....VIOLENTLY AND PERMANENTLY....by someone LEGALLY carrying a gun on campus....

Mel Reynolds is running for Jesse Jackson, Jr's Congressional seat. Jesse, that chip off the old block, is resigning due to "mental health issues" and, oh by the way, an intensive FBI investigation, which is currently running.

(Ya know, for me, I'm am ever relieved and comforted that our president comes from a political town KNOWN for its honesty, integrity and morals....)

Anyhoo, back to Mel.....

Reynolds USED to hold a Congressional seat. In fact, it's the same Congressional seat currently...well...formally...occupied by Jackson, Jr.

Reynold LOST that seat NOT in an election, but rather a CONVICTION.

Seems he's a convicted sex offender (or in Liberal parlance: "one of the boys").  And he did time for it (probably on the same cell block as the rest of Chicago's Democratic Party politicians....).

Well, not only is Reynolds a convicted sex offender (he had sex with an underage...16...campaign worker), but he's also convicted of misusing campaign funds (maybe he tried to use them to pay the 16 year old off...who knows....).

And now, he's running for office.

Which, to me, makes perfect sense. He DOES, after all, have the proper credentials (for Liberals):

- He's black
- He's been convicted of a crime (the fact that he's convicted of a MAJOR FELONY gives him HUGE points for Liberals)
- He's black
- He's abused campaign funds
- He's black
- And, finally......he's black.

So....here's my prediction:

Based on his felony conviction, campaign fund abuse and his "blackness", I think he's going to give Hillary a SERIOUS run in 2016!

(Imagine THAT Cabinet: Alcee Hastings, Maxine Waters, Charlie Rangel and he'll bring back William Jeffereson.
