It was only a few months ago that Liberals, during the Medicare debate, produced a video showing an actor (portraying Paul Ryan) pushing grandma off a cliff. (Forget the fact that, under the rules of Obamacare, Medicare is SEVERELY de-funded, while under Ryan's proposal, Medicare SPECIFICALLY protects ALL current recipients while reforming it for future recipients).
