I can't help but laugh hysterically at the goings on in Chicago!
The Chicago PUBLIC school teachers' union.....on strike....AGAINST RAHM!
Not satisfied with their current $75,000/year salaries (BEFORE any other benefit), they turned down Rahm's (frankly, stupid) proposal of a 16% pay raise! 16% ????? For WHAT??? And, for that matter: $75,000? FOR WHAT?!?!?
The kids in the Chicago public school system are some of the LEAST educated kids in America, with only 14% competent in reading by the fourth grade, and under HALF unable to make it through high school!
Strike? THEY SHOULD BE FIRED!
Now, what's Rahm proposing?
Oh...let's see.......
How about no more teacher's evaluations? Yup, that's on the table!
How about......AUTOMATIC PAY RAISES!?!?!? YUP.....THAT'S ON THE TABLE!!!
Forgive my "French", but what the FUCK is wrong with an America that allows this level of Socialism????
The ONLY good thing about this WHOLE situation is this: RAHM IS GETTING EXACTLY WHAT HE DESERVES: A LARGE TASTE OF HIS OWN MEDICINE!
