Until now, I've pretty much stayed away from the whole "birth certificate" thingy.
Why? Because I don't care; if people were stupid enough to vote for him in the first place, why would anyone care, now, about his legitimacy?
Anyway, the issue of the birth certificate DOES trigger a thought in me...
Suppose Roe v Wade had been the law of the land, back in....oh...say...1961?
Let's see....we have a white female, jumping from relationship to relationship, one of which ends up in a pregnancy. Mom's a Liberal hippy, dad'a a Liberal radical...
...ya know, it occurs to me that Obama could very well have ended up being just another example of a "woman's right to her body"....
Then, no birth certificate would be necessary, would it?!
