As the article points out, it WILL pass, since it was drafted by Democrats, and Democrats hold a Super-majority in the California Legislature.
YOUR children, if they are in the public school system, if they were molested by their teachers, administrators, etc, before 2009, are S.O.L.

Remember when Liberals tell you that they care about our children? (Well...AFTER they are completely born...before they're born, Liberals try to butcher as many as possible...in the name of "women's rights".....).
