A moment of clarity....

There was this rather small bit of news the other day. Hardly worth mentioning...

But, it DID bring up an issue that, I believe, needs some clarification. The LEFT, however, would like to see this NOT happen....

Now, this piece ISN'T the original story, but the bones are there along with some updates.

Bozell is ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.

This is a CLASSIC example of how the Left....the Marxists...the Statists......the Liberals....

In other words, the Democratic Party, work to destroy Conservatism: they do it from the inside.

But that's not the clarification about which I write.

This is:

It is incorrect to call the members of "American Atheists" "ATHEISTS". Why?

Because they AREN'T atheists.

HUH?

Atheism is, according to the dictionary, "the disbelief in the existence of a deity".  That's it.

So, a TRUE atheist merely believes that there is no God (or other deity). This, of course, comes with its own problems.....if you cannot PROVE that God exists (the argument of Faith), then you cannot DISPROVE God's existence, either. Therefore, atheism....TRUE atheism.....requires every bit as much Faith as ANY OTHER RELIGIOUS BELIEF (or Darwinism, for that matter).

But, again, "American Atheists" AREN'T atheists.

They are ANTI-theists.

Their mission is to DESTROY the very notion of God.

This is what gives them away, revealing them for what they are: MARXISTS. Atheism, for them, is as much a political ideology as Liberalism, Progressivism, Socialism or Marxism.

The giveaway?

A TRUE atheist wouldn't CARE how others, or in what others, believe. Atheism would merely be their personal belief.

"American Atheists" are a whole different thing. And, like Marxists everywhere, "personal belief" isn't enough. In fact, it isn't even the point.

In order to understand the way they think and legislate, think of it this way:

"I don't like to smoke, therefore I won't allow YOU to smoke".

"I don't like prayer in public schools, so I'm not going to allow YOU to pray in public schools".

Get it?

A more accurate name for "American Atheists" would be "American Antitheists".

Or perhaps: "American Marxists".

Or perhaps: "The Democratic Party".
