So, it turns out that the Secret Service, who uses a cottage adjacent to Veep Joe "the mouth" Biden's home in Wilmington, is PAYING RENT to him for the use of that cottage.

Biden is CHARGING rent to those sworn to lay down their lives, if necessary, for this idiot.
