Christie DID, however, establish some street cred with the Democratic Party and their close associates in the GOP. (Of which Rove is part)
Heck, all Christie needs now.....to FIRMLY establish his quality amongst Democrats is a felony conviction.
Perhaps a nice child pornography conviction (kills two birds with one stone, btw).
With a felony conviction, he'd be absolutely Presidential (as a Democrat).
