You done laughing? Yeah, it took me awhile, too.
Bush was accused of having a doctrine (he didn't, btw).
Now, today, it was announced that Obama has a doctrine. (laughing again.....).
Without having bothered to read what HAS to be winner of the "most intellectually challenged article of the day" award, one can only conclude, based on his history, that "The Obama Doctrine" is as follows:
DO NOTHING....EVER.
(After all....it worked ust fine for Clinton and Carter...)
