Romney's debate with Team Obama/Crowley was exactly as expected.
Obama's handlers prepped him well and issued attack orders.
When in serious trouble, Candy Crowley came to his rescue. And.....she came to his rescue ALOT!
More than a few pundits....from BOTH sides.....suggested, before the debate, that Obama was "cramming" for this debate. "Cramming"....that's the word they use.
And, in truth, they put it EXACTLY in perspective!
"Cramming" is what college kids do the night before the big exam, AFTER THEY'VE SPENT THE ENTIRE SEMESTER PARTYING AND GOOFING AROUND.
...which is PRECISELY what Obama has been doing these last four years. The ONLY things missing in the White House right now are the togas.
To the greater point....
Hopefully you noticed something which, I think, is a HUGE point:
Last night, Romney was Romney. He carried himself and conducted himself EXACTLY as he did in the first debate. His demeanor showed who he is...both times.
Obama, on the other hand, was NOTHING like he was in his first debate. From "D" game to "B" game (Obama HAS no "A" game).
So...which is the REAL Obama? Obviously, the first debate reflected the REAL Obama, since he needed Candy Crowley there to attempt to tag team Romney.
And....even two against one.....Romney STILL took it.
