If you watched the Veep debate last night, it's more than likely that you came to the same conclusion I did:
Biden needs to back off on the Botox.
Oh...wait....that wasn't it....
Seriously, folks, the news, from BOTH sides, is commenting extensively...negatively...on Biden's condescending smirks, Cheshire grins and bullying.
And, at first, I must admit, I was a bit baffled that the comments from the left seemed to deem Biden's performance as bizarre, in the least, and damaging, in the worst.
Then it occurred to me......I'm WAYYYYYYYY off base....
The REASON that Biden's performance is being carefully spun by the Liberal media is because it will, no doubt, cost the Obama/Biden camp points with "Independents".
You see, folks, Biden's performance last night was VERY typical of how Liberals act: condescending, bullying, not allowing a conversation to take place.....(in Liberal land, since you can't counter the truth, you have to prevent it from being stated...)
Really, the only other typical Liberal "debating tools" that Biden was missing were a handgun, a rape kit, spray paint and feces.
Folks, Biden's performance played only to his puritanical extreme Liberal base.
....and he already owns those idiots.
The problem for the Obama/Biden camp is that he, with his behavior, in all likelihood, chased LOTS of Independents away.
The message to Independents, from Biden last night, was:
HEY Independents! Look....this is how we really are! Don't YOU want to come to our side and, with impunity (and the help of the moderator) bully, condescend and constantly interrupt? (We'll teach you how to prevent the truth from EVER coming out and even throw in Obamacare-covered Botox...FOR FREE!)
My guess? Independents WON'T appreciate "Smilin' Joe's" performance and he'll lose some of that crowd...which is ALREADY dwindling.
This, folks....THIS is why the Liberal media has the truckloads of "Spackle" out.....
