The OTHER part of The First Amendment reads:

"...or prohibiting the free exercise thereof...".

Get that?

"...or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..."


That ENTIRE phrase is:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..."

The only person doing something illegal is....THE IDIOT COUNSELOR.
